In Arizona, it's important to note that the state operates under a "ride at your own risk" policy, meaning that individuals assume responsibility for their own safety when participating in Horseback Riding at Trail Horse Adventure.
Trail Horse Adventure places the safety of our guests and horses as a top priority.. It's important to keep in mind that horseback riding carries inherent risks, and Arizona is a ride-at-your-own-risk state. We require all guests to sign a waiver/release of liability, acknowledging these risks and agreeing not to sue in the event of an injury before starting any rides with us.
